Click and wipe any area anywhere on the screen (except an icon) and wipe up (forward) or down (backwards) .   Keep holding to keep walking.  The farther you wipe, the faster you walk. You can change direction by wiping left and right. You don't have to lift your finger to change.

If there are too many items to fit in an area, it displays a green bar that you can scroll.  You can also drag the items themselves.

Click and wipe left or right anywhere on the screen (except an icon).  The farther you wipe, the further you look left or right.  However, if you keep on holding, you will not keep on turning (that just makes you dizzy).

To look up and down, wipe the green arrow on the right of the screen up and down.  You might notice that while holding, you can also look left and right.
